All pieces of jewelry (excluding chains) are made to order. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship after purchase. For custom grills allow 3-5 weeks.

Please do not expose your jewelry to any harsh chemicals or cleaning agents (ex. bleach, peroxide, ammonia, etc.) You may clean the jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth or rinse in warm water and pat dry. Please do not use any anti-tarnish jewelry cleaning solution (unless specifically stated as safe for the piece) as this will deteriorate the black background finish on many of our sterling silver pieces.

Please read carefully before making your purchase. All non-custom orders have a 14-day exchange window. No refunds are available for any purchase. Any custom order made through this online store is non-refundable or exchangeable. Each custom piece is made as requested by you, our client. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry may take up to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you have customized your order.
